We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defective Items, & Wrong Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned to ensure safety and hygiene:
  • Personal Care & Health: Beauty products, supplements, and cleaning products.
  • Custom Goods: Personalized items or special orders.
  • Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.
  • Safety Hazards: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or apparel.
  • Bulk Orders: Please note that orders containing multiple items of the same kind are generally non-returnable. Please contact support if you have specific concerns about a bulk purchase.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
